Contact & Booking Enquiries
If you submit a contact or booking enquiry through our website, you agree that we may use your details (such as your name, email address, event date, and venue) to respond to your request and manage your booking request. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

To provide our management and entertainment services, we collect:
Contact Details: Name, email address, and phone number.
Event Logistics: Date, venue, guest count, and specific requirements for management, catering, decor, or photography.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
Respond to service enquiries and provide bespoke quotes.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of your event production.
Communicate with necessary third-party vendors (if management services are booked) to ensure seamless execution.
Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored securely via Google Services.
Enquiries: Retained for 12 months.
Confirmed Events: Records are kept for 24 months for tax and insurance purposes relating to event management.
Confirmation: All bookings for live entertainment or management services are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a formal confirmation email and/or deposit.
Coordination: For Bespoke Management clients, PVN Entertainment acts as the primary coordinator. Any major changes to the event timeline, venue, or scale must be communicated at least 30 days prior to the event date.
Liability: We maintain professional standards for all equipment and logistics. However, we are not responsible for failures caused by the venue (e.g., power failure, structural issues).
Cancellations: In the rare event of an emergency (e.g., illness or unforeseen circumstances), we will provide maximum notice and aim to provide a suitable replacement or alternative solution.
